The purchase of a new home is likely one of the most important decisions you'll ever make - don't compromise, buy a Steven Kassner home.

  1. Meet with Steve
  2. Go over ideas of what you want in a home (i.e. number of rooms, size, arrangements, wish list, etc.)
  3. Steve develops a floor plan and elevations of your new home – 2 weeks.
  4. Meet with Steve to review plan and make changes if required.
  5. Plan revisions if required – approximately 1 week.
  6. Meet with Steve to finalize plan and do check list for bid process.
  7. Plans and check list goes out to subs for bids – 2-3 weeks.
  8. Meet with Steve to go over Bid Proposal.
  9. Detailed Bid Proposal
  10. Amendment to Bid and Building Construction Agreement prepared – 2-3 days. (Specify any additional changes.)
  11. Meet with Steve to review and sign Amendment and Building Construction Agreement.
  12. Buyer financing commitment secured from lender.
  13. Once the contract is signed the building permit is acquired and building begins.
  14. Interior Design Consultation will be coordinated by Julie Kassner. She will help you with your selections.
